Tucked into a small 1970s housing track, the owners wanted a beautiful ocean friendly landscape. Designed to move roof and driveway runoff to an infiltration basin (sunken patio), the garden captures 98% of all rainwater falling on the property. Limited turf, water conserving edibles, natives, and cut flowers are mixed to create a whimsical, dynamic landscape.
